Hello. My name is Bernard Boulton and I live in Southern Virginia. I am living an interested life. I think that it’s interesting because God my heavenly Father has been leading me for most of it. I was born in Cleveland Ohio in the late 60’s and I live in a small town in Virginia in 2012.
Most of my life has been predictable but every now and then God will step in to throw a curve. He did that in 2012. This year I discovered something about myself. I discovered that I am a Scribe sent from heaven to fulfill Matthew 13:52. This past summer I enrolled in a school that altered me for the rest of the year. The name of the school is Voices of Christ Prophetic School of the Scribe. My instructor was a graceful woman of God, Apostle Theresa Harvard Johnson and for the entirety of the summer of 2012 I was transformed, renewed and stretched beyond measure.
In this school i discovered the Scribal Call on my life that goes back to my childhood. I discovered my Scribal Identity. Even though I was a published writer of one book and two ebooks. Even though I was a contributor in an anthology of short stories, I didn’t know who I was. I had a sense of my identity, my destiny and my voice but I was not completely aware of who I was before God.
In Voices of Christ I learned that I was on an apostolic journey, that I was sent from Heaven to Earth for this time to be apart of a move of God that would impact my life and the generations that I am walking in the midst of.
I came to Voices of Christ with gifts. I came here mature, a pastor, a shepherd over God’s people. But in the midst of my gifts and spiritual maturity I was incomplete because I only knew myself in part and not whole. There was something missing and even after I released my first book that something was still missing. What was missing was the Call to be a Scribe in the Kingdom of God.
In Voices of Christ I found the missing link in my life. I found myself. I am a Scribe and this blog will share with you my journey. I hope that the words written here will be a blessings to you and I pray that Holy Spirit speak to you again and again. Thank you for listening to me.
