Hope is the attitude of expectation. When you hope you are expecting something good to happen. Hope gives life to your pursuit of success. Hope is the energy of success. Hope is the ground where impossibilities become possible. There are no I can’t where hope is, there is only I can.
Hope comes from spoken words of affirmation that causes you to believe in yourself and in your dream.
Your hope is linked to your desire. Pastor Bill Johnson of Redding Ca said in his book Dreaming with God, “Desire is best seen in the breakdown of the word. De means of, Sire means father. Desire is from the father.” Desire gives you hope. Hope expects the fulfillment of desire.
Romans 5:3B-4, “Tribulation works patience, and patience, experience, and experience, HOPE.” Hope comes from your experience. When you experience the greatness and possibilities of your life hope comes forth. You see something and you hope. You do something and your hope. You go somewhere and you experience something that’s very different from your current state and you hope.
Hope sees the future now. Hebrews 6:19 says that hope is the anchor of the soul. Hope is our anchor. An anchor can seen as something that holds you and keep you from moving but I see hope as an attitude that keeps us in the territory when it’s necessary for us to remain in a state for a time. Hope is security that when I don’t move I will move again.
“Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all the darkness.’ Desmond Tutu.
My hope is that these seven attitudes will help you to achieve success. Remember that an attitude is an emotion that causes motion. When you have the right attitudes you’ll move to the right places and the right people. And the right things will happen in your life.
