This morning I was lying in bed meditating and planning my week when I heard the Lord say get up and write this word.
Adam called woman, the Hebrew word is ishshah, Eve because she was the mother of all living (Genesis 3:20).
Eve was given a new name in the midst of great tragedy. Deceived by the serpent she had violated the word of God and led her husband into transgression. Yet in the midst of the darkness, ashamed by the consequences of their sin Adam prophesies to his wife that her life is not over.
The name Eve, in Hebrew Chavvah means one who gives life, the one who brings together, one who walks in revelation.
Eve would give life, not just in a natural sense but in a spiritual sense. She would be the life-giver and the one who released life.
When woman became mother she entered a new beginning. Her life was not over but beginning again.
This is the word I speak to mother’s today. In the Spirit I see many mothers struggling in darkness, struggling with your children. Struggling with your destiny. Your struggle is over. As you have given life so shall you live in this season. The Lord says to you I have called you Eve, you shall live and not die.
I speak to spiritual mother’s today who have never birthed children naturally, but the Lord, for He is the last Adam, has called you Mother. You are a Mother in His house, to His children. You have been called to segments and to society to release life where death was. Don’t allow the traditional church and the traditions of the United States which only recognizes biological mothers to rob you of the identity that the Lord has spoken over you.
It is my honor to write this prophetic word to Mothers, all Mothers. You are a blessing in the earth. As you have freely give now freely receive.
